Masters in Computer Application

The Computer Applications Department (MCA) was established in the academic year 2022-23, initially with an intake of 60 students. Subsequently, with the approval of AICTE and affiliation with JNTUK, Kakinada, the intake capacity has expanded in 2023-24 to 120 students. In a relatively brief period, the department has made commendable strides, both in terms of infrastructure and academic standards, positioning it at par with leading institutions across the country. The continuous acquisition of the latest hardware and software further enriches the department’s resources.

One of the department’s key strengths lies in its faculty. It comprises a blend of seasoned and enthusiastic educators dedicated to the field. Notably, a significant portion of the faculty is actively engaged in research and development endeavors. To continually enhance their expertise, faculty members regularly participate in various training programs organized by renowned institutions. Encouraged by the college management, they frequently attend workshops, conferences, and seminars, ensuring they remain abreast of the latest advancements and methodologies in the field.
