To promote equality, inclusiveness, and social justice within the institution.
To safeguard the interests of SC, ST, BC, and Minority students.
To prevent discrimination and ensure equal educational opportunities.
To create awareness regarding Government welfare schemes and scholarships.
To receive, examine, and resolve grievances relating to discrimination or denial of rights.
To conduct awareness programmes, workshops, seminars, and counselling sessions.
To recommend suitable measures for improving the academic and social well-being of students.

Address grievances submitted by SC/ST, BC, and Minority students.
Recommend appropriate action to the Principal whenever necessary.
Organize awareness programmes on constitutional rights, scholarships, and welfare schemes.
Disseminate information regarding Central and State Government scholarship programmes.
Encourage equal participation in academic, cultural, sports, and placement activities.
Maintain all Cell records, registers, reports, and minutes of meetings.
Submit periodic reports and an Annual Report to the Principal.
Ensure confidentiality while handling complaints and grievances.
